Dear Bloomin Friends, first and foremost our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. These are truly difficult and trying times for all of us. Because so much of what we do at Bloomin utilizes an experienced work at home staff, we are able to continue processing and fulfilling orders in a safe and timely manner. To support those efforts, and provide for so many families in Boulder, our facility is sanitized on a daily basis and remains open only to the bare minimum core staff needed to keep the majority of our team operating from the safety of their homes. We continue to support our local and national leaders in their efforts to keep people safe by encouraging the majority of our staff to follow strict stay at home orders. The limited staff that does come in to support our at-home workers also follow strict social distancing and best practice sanitation measures.
We tremendously appreciate your continued support and understanding for slightly longer turn times, as we continue to work through these uncommon circumstances. We look forward to helping our Bloomin distributor partners survive these challenging times and have introduced some relevant, mailable plantable, products to help you maintain your valuable customer relationships as well. We believe that during this crisis, it remains important for companies to continue exploring unique and responsible ways to communicate with their customers, and our product development team has been working non-stop (from home), towards that effort.
It is during times like these that we all reflect on what we value most – the safety of our families, our employees and distributor partners who have supported us throughout the years.
